Don't worry! This position doesn't require you to be a contortionist, much as the name could suggest. It is also much easier on the man than the mountain climber. To perform the pretzel, the woman should begin by resting on her left side comfortably. She will raise her right leg, opening access to her vagina. The man then kneels into place, his legs astride her resting left leg. He wraps her right leg around his waist and holds her in place. From there, he can slowly enter deeply into her vagina and thrust at close proximity as she rests and gazes up at him from the bed or the floor.

It is important to be sure her right leg is not stressed but is simply bracing the lower back of the man. She should be careful to assume the most comfortable position she can find. The more comfortably she is laid and relaxed she is able to be, the more pleasurable the pretzel position will become.
